Shipping and delivery

At VASARI Print we know how important it is that printing is delivered incomplete and on time. That’s why we ship all orders using the courier within next 2 working dats. Depending on the product ordered and its weight/quantity, the courier we use may vary.

When will I get my item?

All orders are printed and shipped within next two working days, for example, if you order on the Monday before midnight your order will be printed and shipped on Thursday or Friday and delivered on Monday or Tuesday at select Standard production speed.

What if something goes wrong?

VASARI Print does everything possible to minimize the arrival of damaged goods, but damage does sometimes occur. First, you should contact us by email at click here ​​with details about the damage. Please take a digital picture of our insurance damage and any claims against the sender. Please do not discard the carousel item as we may need its return (if a return is required we will arrange return delivery.). Once we have been notified (and have received photos of the damage) we will replace the damaged goods as soon as possible.

Delayed Delivery - 3 Most Common Reasons
  • The artwork does not match the number of printed parts requested. Please check that you have purchased the correct number of parts and your artwork is compatible with this. We always try to get in touch with our customers when we believe they may have asked for one side to be printed by mistake.
  • The given address is incomplete. In order to schedule a delivery we need a full address. This includes house name / number and postal code.
  • The work of art is of poor quality or the wrong size. We pride ourselves on producing quality products and aim to fully satisfy customers, which we do through quality art. If in doubt you may not be happy with the result of the finished product we will try and contact you to see if you can offer a high quality art work.

Delivery Locations

Only “Pakistan” for now

Your delivery will be shipped by TCS, Leopard or Swift, depending on the size and weight of the item. The delivery service we use is at our discretion and your order will reflect the service used once it is delivered.

Your order will be updated with a tracking number and you will receive an email or SMS message (if a mobile number is provided) and make sure you are home when it arrives.

Outside the city of Lahore our Express Plus option as we can deliver to this location before 12:00. You will be contacted if you select this option and have an address in the fields that are not included.


VASARI Print cannot be held responsible for a failed delivery if the recipient is not at home or at his or her place of work to receive the item.

If delivery is tried and failed you will need to contact the delivery service to reschedule the delivery of the carousel item or collection in a timely manner.
